There is no chance of a SP rise to $0.50 or more whilst directors take their eyes off the ball ( I/O pellet production). The property JV is a stupid decision that will result in a lot of cash being burned.
If directors wound up the JV as it is and started paying a decent dividend and hived off the Southdown project into a separate entity then the true value of Grange might be realised.
Grange has so much potential but directors take their orders from their masters.
I wonder when the Tasmanian government realises that Grange takes and gives nothing substantive back. I am sure more housing stock in rural Tasmania would be more welcome than high end apartments in Melbourne.
I live in hope. Not.
