...I think the more we harp on this inmaterial amount of the property JV the more likely the sp will continue to stay subdued.
Considering this stock is on a multiples of 3 times it will only be a matter of time when we see an outburst in the stock price. Seriously no reason why this stick should not be trading between 50-60 cents.
