The Newsletter from August 2011 http://www.nusep.com/user_files/1313542475_NuSep%20Newsletter%204pponline.pdf states "Further, the Directors strongly believe in the future of NuSep and have shown their support by actively buying shares on market and partially underwriting the SPO. As a Board we encourage you to participate in the SPO which closes on Friday 26th August 2011." The last purchase by directors was the business day after the 26th. They have not bought a single share in the market since, at least as per announcements. NOT ONE IN OVER 1 YEAR.
