Support for the "NO" vote to the resolutions is gathering momentum, it's clearer now that shareholders are speaking up and realizing that we do own this company and do have a say. While this is the case now, it may not be so if the resolutions pass. I strongly recommend that you ensure the company receives your votes and check that the faxes sent have been received.

Shareholders are also backing the replacement of the current board. This is an unfortunate situation but necessary to stabilize the company and ensure tht we are proactive in the exploration of ALL opportunities.

Upon researching MOT reports, it is clear that the company will receive income from Lemon & Lime and still owns the mConnect IP. Therefore, adding similar ventures and commercializing the current IP to ensure revenue is forthcoming is a logical move in an effort to avoid this Board's recent activity of continued dilution to pay for operating expenses. Only a new board with technical experience can commercialize what MOT already owns.

There has been some exciting proposals put forward by shareholders, these being separate to the withdrawn cBox proposal. These will be presented to ALL shareholders when appropriate.
