    Hi Oily Man,

cBox financials and forecasts were sent to the board. If we weren't profitable, we would not have put a proposal in, nor would we have been asked to do so by brokers and shareholders. (Remember a DD is paramount to any deal going in.)

To reiterate, cBox was only asked to forward a proposal due to a letter received from the company stating the possibility of voluntary administration. We may not be the best deal around, there would be better out there I'm sure, but there is no one offering is there? We tried to help by offering a solution.

Further, your question is irrelevant as the cBox offer has now been withdrawn.

Will you not open your mind to the possibility that there are other, better deals out there; better than cBox, better than Cypress or any other mining play that can be considered without chapters 1 & 2 or extremely high cap raise requirements? We need to look for them and at least try in the best interests of all shareholders and not just a select few.

In 12 months, we have only received a poorly orchestrated mining deal and a massive drop in SP with continued dilution for "operating expenses" I doubt (could be wrong) that any other opportunities were pursued or created by this board in the last 12 months. But I suspect there are plenty out there.

    IMO DYOR
