Oily Man, apologies if I was unclear in the point I was making;

As you stated in your previous post, you would like me to call a meeting with major Shareholders and present. Why? was this the process we had for any other deal on the table? so my point here is simple, the process has to be the same for all deals put forward.

Since none of us it seems were privy to a private showing of offers, then it will be the same here.

So, are are you now saying that you don't trust the board to look at any deals on offer and make a decision for a HOA before putting to shareholders? as is the normal process, or do all deals now require a private showing to major shareholders?
