No. CWH didnit sell 1 share, in contrast it bought a lot of shares average on 5.5c before the SPP.
It ceased to be a substantial holder just because it didnot join the SPP.
CWH's current cash level is limited, however it will devest it chinese cement plant, and will be cashed up $10 million soon.
The HREE results are due In Jan 2011.
