So the ruler was run over the project by the french and german governments who explicitly satisfied themselves with the relationships between cepa, slipform, ewc and this project.

so I guess it is all happening now. There is a much bigger story out there about the delays, but they seem to be ancient history. Perhaps Nat Rothschilds experience with Bumi could give us a hint at what went on...
