Hi Mega, I have not been across this project sorry. I have been looking into CCE’s to try and understand if my money is in good hands but I haven’t looked beyond.
Very dissapointing though. That article is a scathing of the project. It doesn’t reflect well on the industry or Balance / Decmil.
