Also dont forget NMS still has the same chairman as in January 2010. If he was prepared to allow such conduct in Jan 10 then he might still be doing the same thing today. A lot of things happened between July 2009 and November 2010 which brought this company down and the same Chairman is still around for some reason. The chairman should have been sacked long ago. Until the Chairman moves on I will not even think about re-investing in NMS.
