I agree (mostly). I still hope that formal financing agreements arrive sooner rather than later, for certainty. When I spoke with management last, Pagbilao Power was front and centre - but they need financing. As far as Sengkang is concerned, Indonesia were being reasonable with their offers for gas purchase for domestic use, so there is incentive to get that first train up. Otherwise, Indonesia will be buying on the sport market and not from EWC (at reasonable prices).
