That makes sense, I would not be surprised if there were discussions with this group or one or two others.

Doing a TO, JV or RTO in this space/resource area makes sense, often there is a consolidation that happens when a few players are close by and usually shareholders do well under the right terms and conditions.

Seems hard to believe BMT is not an attractive target for such discussions, plenty of money in the bank and nice prospective resources. Could be a nice outcome for shareholders if the right companies come together.

Ideally a surrounding or nearby group that has something at the stage of PFS would be a good fit to add immediate value and including what BMT has developed to date gives a great pipeline and possible lift in value for BMT shareholders while retaining current opportunities.

Sounds outcomes sound good to me. We shall see in due course.
