Agree with you EWO. It appears that the Indosesian govt has EWC over a barrell and are not prepared to pay the market rate for the LNG from the Sengkang plant. It seems like a big mistake to not have had an offtake agreement in place prior to commencing construction. I assume they had an understanding with the Indo govt when they started work.
A lesson to other foreign investors to be wary of dealing with the Indonesian authorities.
Anyway, the Pagbilao project in the Philipines is all go, so overall the future is bright for EWC.
