Share price movement will be around CGCG satisfaction that central Mongolian rail line will be able to take long term 30 m t freight from NR line. More infrastructure on central line needed, long term Mongolia government I think will be on board ... for economic reasons, trade etc but for long term share holders of AKM the wheel turns slow.
