Yes - lack of shareholder communication and doubts over closing the Tartana deal are a real concern. Remember the final payment from Tartana ($260K ?) is due to be paid by 30th September. It IMO won't happen now (possibly not at all) given the IPO Prospectus is yet to be issued. And Lewis & Coy must be drawing pretty decent salaries - don't think the P&L ledger is in profit yet. Some big deals will have to be sealed here in Oz and the US in the next few months to justify the big increase in salaries etc that have been going on for quite a few months now
