Yes, you would think an update on the progress of the NA venture would be coming given the hype that was surrounding it not 6 months ago. Along with news about the Tartana sale/Listing/In-species distribution that was mentioned back at the start of this sale process. I notice all has gone quiet on that front since the initial announcement.
Also to note that Kieran and Lewis' new shares will, I assume be eligible for any such distribution which is a shame. Would be good to see that in-species distribution formalised and for them both to give up rights to the distribution. However I feel a more likely scenario is the shares will be sold by SDV and used for salary payments, if the company ever actually lists which i feel is becoming less likely by each passing day.... Really need to have an update on this from management.
