Progress update re: power plant and Sengang lng project

My information is as follows:

Pagbilao power plant:

Interconnection issue relates to ‘small’ stretch of transmission lines needing to be built. This is not the responsibility of EWC but the relevant Philippines’ Government authority.
Strong Government and departmental support (at the highest level) for this project.
Lending banks will want to be certain that the ‘interconnection issue’ will be resolved, prior to lending the funds.
Draw down expected by end July.

Sengkang lng project:

Off-take agreement with PLN is close to being signed.
Bank loan contingent on signed off-take agreement.
Signing of off-take agreement expected by end July.
