It's good to sell the oil on the island although it will be unrefined and probably bring in about $70 a barrel

The storage facilities has to be built to hold approx 200,000 barrels so as to back fill the storage ships that are currently supplying the island with its petrol and oil needs, a little time and money will be needed to build the storage unit but all smooth sailing from there if we can get a constant 200 barrels a day we will be on our way, the next part of the puzzle will be to sink a few more wells and get it up to over a 1000 barrels a day
