Bought into these babies at 40c odd, now they're less than half of that. Time to average down or cut the losses?

They have a significant JV partner and a cashflow positive coal operation. You'd think the market would see them in a positive light but it's been nothing but losses since they hit 90c last year.

You'd think after a 78% drop they'd have something to answer for. Does the revision to the RSPT affect these guys still? I heard only the top 300 mining companies will be affected by the revised tax. Surely this wouldn't include these guys and so you'd expect an upwards kick?
