Looks like the seller has finished now. What's vital to understand in microcap's is if a broker is given a large order to execute ( for whatever reason) they execute. Point I'm making falling prices are not always an indication of the health of the company. They sold it down to 86 cents just prior to the AGM. Curious they didn't look for a cross trade. Anyway looks like they are out now and expect churn at $1 until the roadshow and Michelle's 250,000 buy in June. Along the 202,076 bought in the dividend reinvestment plan the Clarke's are stepping up now which is very good to see.
