Pie funds may be selling their entire holding. That looks like what they did with MNF and drove the price down to almost $1.00.
Pie funds seem to be happy to take a profit when there is a share price appreciation to a level that they may determine prices the stock on a fair or high price even when there is still the prospect of longer term growth in the stock.
