I thought a major reason for last years numbers appearing below par was due to an accounting change, namely changing how they booked revenue( now over the course of a contract instead of upfront? Or something similar).  Yes and there were the troubles from Avaya, and some mention in the previous annual report about a cyclical downturn for Prognosis (cycle now turned clearly). And i feel its worth mentioning how Bell Potter kept screaming 'buy buy' while Wilsons kept saying the opposite.
