Dan, all I did was divide the known sales figure for Dec (us$0.67m) by 12 hospitals (assumption) and divide again by an average unit price of us$6k (assumption).

This maybe the case for the first order and the next order, but once a surgeon and the hospital admins decide that they wish to use BTM then they would have a min/max automatic ordering system setup based on historical records of patients.
