when myc lients give me a break I'll go over and do some numbers. But at last I can see some breakdown and do some numbers!!! on the surface it looks much better than I was thkning. They are profitable, certainly cashflow positive and should be very profitable from here on in.
overheads dropped from 2.6M to about 1.3M
if they achieve about 12% growth (as per last year) on 77% GP should do about 10.7M rev with 8.3M cogs giving 2.4m GP
so 2.4M less about 1.3M = 1.1M profit ( I assume no tax as plenty of losses to catch up)
that assumes regular orders, if WRR get some large orders then well that's going to be 23% to the bottom line profit. As overheads should not change irrespective of revenue. so for every extra $1M order that makes it 230k profit or about a 20% increase in value.
