profit growth makes share price reasonable

I dont post on CST much, there are plenty of Guru's around who have lots of opinion. It is usually a reasonalbe thread, it's a shame it degenerated so quickly to immature name calling.

To try and get some sense back into the question of is the current share price fair value I thought I'd rip an image from one of the other sites. To me it shows why I'm very comfortable with the current valuations. The revenues are growing at about 40% per half and have been consistently doing so for three years but the expences seem to be growing at less than 15% As you can see from this graph that was put up in Chimes the NPAT growth is starting to outstrip the costs in a very pleasant way.

PE doesn't matter much when it's growing it's market share by 40% a half and so far has less than 5% of the market.

Hopefully the picture helps you understand some peoples enthusiam for this share.
