If he is so bad and no one has a good word for him how come he lasted so long?

Every place I ever worked at had policies.

Those that didn't comply would be shown the door as quickly as possible, after the appropriate councelling, warnings etc had been exhausted.

So given that "discovery" should have taken place before the trail it will be interesting to see what JCU put up
