Yes, we've already been punished with the current SP at 2.2c, which is 20% lower than CR price.
For Paul, Leslie & co to buy OSU/Mayo IPs, they must have some encouraging data including efficacy from Her-Vaxx trial to do so (6-8 months after 1st patients were recruited).
