It all depends on the title and wording of the Ann's. Any scientific jargon and hardly anyone will react. Hope they will use plain English such as ... % of tumor reduction, participants partially / totally cured and antibody production / immune system response.
If they can translate their scientific excitement into human excitement then 4-5c should be on the chart. Otherwise sub 2c.
