I think the timing (just before lunch) may have caused somewhat of a delayed reatcion. Instos would have just been reading through the report and it was time to go to the pub. Give it another 30-45 minutes before you make any judgements.
I suspect there maybe too many punters waiting to see what the market does rather than trying to understand what the report is saying.
