Syrah has already hit 90% daily recovery rate and an average of 70%.
Reaching 350ktpa production isn't the problem. The risk is at what price can they sell flake graphite and how fast and how low will the cost be brought down.
BAM is the only wild card factor which could make or break the SP. All it takes is 1 Ann stating that we've received positive feedback and a sales agreement and you can say goodbye to the SP being under $2 ever again.
