One of the risks with a new mining venture is getting the plant to perform to specifications.
As an example, GBG said in 2013 that it expected to get to 68 % iron ore
It is still trying to do that.
I guess a lot of investors are not yet convinced that the plant will perform to specs.
And BAM is another area which has a lot of uncertains
