new messages and a positive assessment of the paid market letter "The Gold Report":
That's the last time I set a contribution from the Gold Report, as I said, is chargeable.
The project partners PANTORO (ASX: PNR) today published a new presentation, with some interesting news (LINK). As you know, PANTORO holds 80% of the mine and our portfolio value BULLETIN 20%.
In Q1 2016, the gold production is (100% of the mine) located 4500-4700 ounces have (final figures after last gold pour). In the previous quarter, 4,180 ounces of gold were produced. Thus we have a nice increase of around 10% on a quarterly basis.
March was the strongest month with more than 2,000 ounces of gold. February was even weaker (938 ounces), but this was because it has only degraded the foothills of the actual orebody.
I now believe that the mine reaches full production capacity in April, which is the strong March to recognize this.
With more than 2,000 ounces of gold per month in the current quarter should be a record quarter and the production should increase to more than 6,000 ounces.
For BULLETIN this means a share of production expected> 1200 ounces of gold with a value at 1,600 AUD of about 1.92 million AUD. This stately delivery PANTORO could save at a takeover of BULLETIN.
Just the Beginning!
We must always keep in mind that the mine has just started a few months ago with the production. So far, a lot more gold was found in the breakdown, as it has been calculated in the studies. The contents of the known ore body were higher than budgeted, and there were equivalent gold deposits mined outside the resource zones.
In addition to reaching the full production capacity, the company has commenced underground drilling. This showed yet very high gold grades. Below is a brief overview:
In addition to the growth opportunities in the current underground mine, there will be another very exciting developments. The two potential open pit mines Rowdies and WAGTAIL to be placed according to the message of today in the first half 2016 in production!
The degradation of the known deposits will increase gold production further and so far is not yet known how deep go the gold mineralization. The management of PANTORO sees similarities to Nicolson Mine and accordingly potential for subsequent underground operation.
Overview: Nicolson processing plant (PLANT) which Nicolson Gold Mine and the two open pits close
Conclusion:
Confirm the new information that we only stand at all BULLETIN beginning. Production 4500-4700 ounces in the previous quarter and is expected to more than 6,000 ounces in the current quarter should lay the foundation for further growth. PANTORO has legitimate growth plans and the processing system can be expanded by 120,000 tons per year to 200,000 tons per year.
produced The more PANTORO the more occupies our BULLETIN. The question will be whether PANTORO is willing to pay over the coming years millions of dollars in BULLETIN or whether the a takeover comes earlier.
The stock continued today to 0.049 AUD (about 0,033 euros) and I see this as a good buying opportunity.
