packy - it actually says "These contract negotiations are expected to be completed in Q1 FY19". Q1FY19 is the quarter just ended (the September quarter is Q1 FY19 or Q3 CY18). which doesn't make any sense either as during the September quarter they made no announcement of the appointment of an engineering firm (which they would have had to have done seeing the contract would be for tens of millions of dollars).

Why would they put stuff in the annual report that they knew had not happened? That's just weird, I'm getting toey about this lot.
