Management at ABM superb nasabear. Quality explorers. One thing is certain there are many direct synergies between the two companies, and in my view if TAM were smart, they would move fast before it gets far too expensive for them. Lets not forget ABM actually has a larger resource base in the NT than TAM, circa 1.67m Oz AU. Hardly a small morsel i would suggest, especially if that number is double in 6 -9 months. TAM trades at approx $150 per resource ounce, ABM at more like $55. If TAM could get it for $100 per resource ounce, it is accretive given it is next door. Starts to look like compelling buying ABM when u look close at these numbers dont it?
Lets get excited and suggest ABM can double resource to 3.5m oz AU. At $100 an ounce that is 15cps. So why would TAM not try get it for 5cps now?
