"Could be higher than 5-6M ($6). I know KDR organised a TT deal with RMS last year for a one year period with around $6 per tonne ($5 and $1 segments). But that was for a much smaller tonnage (sub 200k tonnes), shorter period, and at lower AUD POG.

Given the longer required time frame, higher POG (more TT demand) and greater plant capacity required, I'm hoping that can negotiate a higher TT lease cost. One mitigating factor could be that the lessee is paying for the refurb, but as I've posted previously, the refurb cost is hardly anything (which is why they probably agreed to it) so perhaps may not be a significant factor."
