    Yeah, the prospectus stated there is no patent - opting to keep it a trade secret. Somebody on here pointed out that a patent makes the process available to the public, so variations could be created. Also that a trade secret is very common, i.e KFC, Coca Cola etc. It's the brand that is most important.
