There are 1000's of active ingredients that are approved by the FDA. A company has to list the active ingredients of their products on their label. If they fall within the preapproved %'s, the label will be approved by the FDA after scrutiny.
Zoono has done this with the FDA & therefore they have approval to sell products in the USA.
