I don't understand it, you spend so much time and effort trying to acquire customers, but they can't satisfy the ones they are capturing!!
Poor business model that is clearly not working very well in their transition into online.
Replying to these product reviews is a last gasp effort to save face, effort much earlier in the process (from inventory planning onwards) would deliver a much better result.
