no they found leak when they went to test it as announced the friday b4... thus they have been working on fixing the leak for over a week. Maybe there could be multiple leaks. I am sure there will be some news release soon like today or tomorrow saying still working on leak but will update market when its fixed. Clearly no testing now even though it was planned for this week.
