I just listened to the video interview.... ummm...sounds to me the preferred bidder is the only bidder.. ...when questioned as to the likelihood of a FO deal by end of quarter DW said deal not done yet and result should be a mater of weeks away but if it fails with this "preferred bidder" .then ... and I quote verbatim."go back to the FO process and try to get another party interested"...eeechhhhhhh. Not a good position to be negotiating with someone who is the only game in town. Long hold i'm afraid with all fingers and toes crossed.
