Not sure about all the positivity just yet. DW who is normally very cautious was again extremely cautious. Even when he was pressed a few times he came back sitting on the fence, but leaning to the may not occur side of it. Especially when he said if it doesn't happen this time we go back to the room and start negotiations again. Geez, I hope that does not occur other wise another 9-12months, possibly. This is getting riskier and riskier by the day IMO. Hoping for once DW can make things happen as been in this for a very long time now.
