How do you know selling the rights to IW1 is not on the table ?
I suspect that there may have been all sorts of counter offers etc have been going on in that War Room . Would you do this ? Would you do that ? etc etc.

RE BOD perspective, I would suspect that things that may have been off the table before Winx may now be back on for consideration after Winx.
In short, I wouldn't rule anything in OR out at this point. (no matter how crazy it may seem) .
