With no disrespect intended i would say that Sarg's analysis Happy, has been based more on hope & R.T's gut feelings than any hard factual data. The analyst does use the word potential. For the sake of their reputation an analyst has to deal in hard facts available at the time. The "potential" element of their calculation will naturally change as drilling continues.
