Chairman is quite old now, same as CMP chair... they both holding big parcel of the company, more of a risk than benefit if the company itself doesnt not transform quick enough....
Secondly, 700k options at 46c, the broker always has intention to sell, and paterson wont let anyone else make money on them...
Their wages went up way too quick ahead of performance, i see the new MD took some old habbits to his new position
