Taronga Tin is a new IPO pending which plans to develop Australia's largest undeveloped tin mine.

Market cap will be about $25mil, and after having YTC's assets rolled into it, it will have approx 80,000 proven tonnes of Tin (worth around $3billion at todays price of US$33,000 per tonne).

YTC will hold something like 15% of the company, and YTC holders get priority in the IPO (record date 10May). Anyone looking at getting on board this one?
