You summed it up pretty well.

MHL have no idea when things will be finalised.

ASX rules are clear about 3days for a trading halt. Then relist or go into suspension.

So MHL delibrately leaving out the date is their way of telling shareholders not to expect trade on Monday. In many cases companies announce prior to the dealine. We know MHL will go into suspension.

Hopefully Mondays request for suspension will provide a better indication, although I doubt actual date will be used. Probably 'shortly' or 'late March' or similar vague terms.

I still have some hope because they cant need a trading halt and suspension to finalise a complete failure. So it comes down to varying degrees of failure/success.

Im also not that encouraged by RRS. The shares seem up for other reasons. And them being confident of a March deadline is irelevant to MHL. They have their 10% regardless of MHL. MHL could fall flat on face and it doesnt effect them.
