You said "The offer is there". Where? I have not seen any offer to shareholders or others not connected to the board in over a year.
When you make statements like this, easily verifiable as rubbish, it makes everything else you say look like the same rubbish. That's a shame, because some of what you say must have some validity. At least I guess it must.
