I am not disputing anything, certainly anything grey. The directors said your comments were wrong and if you are so familiar then that would explain the "I know exactly who you are talking about" comment from Dr Nair.

I am not disputing the fact that these guys have NEVER had a successful business is not grey either. Nor am I disputing the fact that the company has lost $6m a year for the last 2 years, while promising that it would all be golden.

What is grey, and I am not disputing, is whether they called you a fool, a liar or a market ramper, although I will conceed, your "sacked" comment is hardly positive for the company. I guess it is no suprise the board was offended by it and wished to distance themselves from you.

It is good to see the price up, even if on little volume and without disclosure by the board. let's hope we get some information revealed to us in the next few days.
