The ex-MD and the chairman both said your statements on HC were wrong...absolutely.

And you have not backed up your accusations with anything. And the ex MD said that you should be taken down. These are not my words, but his. He all but called you a fool. If I had his number and he called me a goose, I'd be calling him. But he didn't say I was an idiot.

We all know he's bound by a lot of restrictions and you are not. So his word counts for everything and your's (and mine) count for nothing.

Now the alternative view is that you are 100% right and 2 directors of the company outright lied to shareholders. Sorry mate, but as much as I don't think they are 100% straight with us, I can't believe they lied to us about this one. The directors didn't get fired, they left en masse, the alternative is CRIMINAL. Was it because there was something untoward that they din't want to sign off on? Was it because the company was insolvent as an ex director suggested? We all need to ask the 'why' question on this BUT the fact remains they jumped as a group.

And if they told you that the directors were "sacked", then they lied to you. Better they lied to you than all shareholders at the AGM? If they lied at the AGM then isn't that CRIMINAL? And if they didn't lie to you, shouldn't you be concerned that their lies to shareholders is CRIMINAL?
