Agree - the point of fund managers exiting and creating value opprtunities was made very well by Seth klarman in his book margin of safety. I don’t think PRT is worth 70c but it is worth at least 35-50% more than today’s price and if one can pick up 8-10% FF yield waiting for the valuation gap to close - it’s not a bad deal at all and I think its already out of favour and SP is depressed with a very low PE so it does offer some protection in these environments . I bought 50k more on Friday at 31c
